Seminars & Brown Bag Discussions
To answer questions about information technology tools, best practices and offer ideas, seminars are provided on an "as needed" basis. The intent of these sessions is to offer listeners useful and actionable information for their personal use or for projects they are involved with.
The seminars can be conducted on-site or virtually. Sean has developed customized online training programs for clients with international audiences. In addition to conducting the events, Sean has also produced reference manuals and presentation scripts. These tools ensure that the training is consistent in quality, content and duration. Aside from printed materials, wikis have also been created and customized to make it easier for virtual teams to reference a central information source and quickly document new ideas and lessons learned.
